Playboy Bunnies are waitresses who wear a special bunny outfit and work at the Playboy Club. This uniform what the first one to be registered with the US Patent and Trademark Office. It was inspired by Illinois bar Bunny’s Tavern where Playboy owner Hugh Hefner was served by owner “Bunny” Fitzsimmons. The uniform consists of bunny ears made of satin, tails made of cotton, cute white collars with bow ties, black pantyhose and high-heeled shoes. The bunny constume that celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2010 looks sexy and adorable, just as the girls who wear it.
