The first guy is /obviously/ different than all the other pics, who is a Hispanic guy named Martinez. Look at the ears and jawline of the first guy compared to the guy in subsequent pics. They want you to think the soft and sensitive guy in the first pic turned into the hardened criminal of the other photos.

THE FIRST GUY IS NOT THE SAME PERSON. and yes at the person who commented on July 28 2012, the first photo definitely has
different ears and jawline. The eyes are very different but sometimes people get older the eyes look different.

The chin is slightly dimpled at the bottom of all but the first, and the earlobes are attached differently, too.

Yeah the boy in the first picture is cleary not the same person as the other guy who in my opinion didn't change all that much. As others have pointed out your earlobes aren't going from detached to attached because you didn't stay in school. /Fail

this is real! he is the same guy, and yes he is hispanic, what makes you think that hispanics don't look white? there are hispanics whiter than americans!
