Hey Shail..Nice to see you here.. Infact, I don't do much of gardening anrymoe!! These are the bare minimum..I feel the plants take me away from any possible relationships!! May be a fad but that's how I have observed.. so kind of taken a break from regular gardening what I used to do earlier.. too!Love xox

GPS Consulting – USA DivisionAttention: KenDear Ken:We invited GPS into our busneiss in January of this year to help us deal with several problems that surfaced during 2009. Our volume with our largest customer dropped by 50% and our costs were not under control and we experienced a large loss for the year as a result. Among our challenges was the need to manage our small cash resources, to price properly, to schedule better and to broaden our customer base. Additionally, even though I know our company “inside-out”, I had never been trained in the management side of the busneiss.The GPS Project Manager Charlotte, designed an excellent plan to deal with all of our problems, and then their Senior Business Consultant Dennis built and installed a series of systems and controls to put our busneiss on a solid basis. As a result, we now have our Cash under control, using a 12-Week Cash Management system and are cash positive; we have an excellent Order Tracking and Scheduling system that keeps us on top of all orders; we have an Estimating & Bid system that allows us to engineer profit on each job we bid; we have a Budget, we have financial controls in place to keep us on track, and we have sales plans in place to deal with any future downturn of volume. We are on track for a very profitable year in 2010.Most importantly, I now have an understanding of what my role should be in directing the company and I understand what the financial information means and how we can use it to steer the company toward growth and increased profits.All of our managers and me have fond the workload to be heavy during this period of great change in our company but we are totally pleased with the results we have obtained. It has been tough, but it was well worth all the effort. We would strongly recommend GPS, their Consulting program and Dennis to other busneiss like us, that are facing problems they cannot solve on their own.Yours trulyJonathan
