These interesting photos show the houses of the richest gypsies of Romania and Moldova. The interior of these mini-palaces displays the accumulated wealth of their owners in a gaudy mixture of expensive china, marble, numerous tapestries and antique furniture.  

15 feet of snow covered a village in Romania. I hope they have enough shovels to dig themselves out.  

Southern Romania is paralysed by heavy snow leaving a lot of people stuck in their cars. The country has even drafted in the army to rescue hundreds of travellers stranded by blizzards that dumped up to a meter of snow in 24 hours.
